the location was very convenient, right in the city center. the restaurant had nice local food. i also found the breakfast selection good.

the receptionists seemed young and not very customer friendly. the towels had stains.

The location was excellent. It was close to everything.

The room smelled bad when I arrived. The cleaner did not clean the room for three days. The shower kept blocking, and the toilet did not flush well.

The location was excellent for exploring main attractions. The breakfast offered good choices. The staff was both informative and helpful. The sauna was relaxing. It was also clean.

The street has bars outside the hotel so it was noisy until late. Earplugs were provided though. I could still hear some noise despite this.
